Tender For Repair Replacement And Servicing Ht Equipments Including Replacement Of Old Ht Cables And Its Connected Works At Aundh Military Station Under Ge Mh And Rh Khadki; 1 Disconnecting the HV(22KV) & LV(0.415kV) side electrical connections including neutral earth strip of existing step down transformer, drain out the complete oil of transformer and store carefully in clean container. Cleaning of all HV/LV windings terminals, cleaning of conservator tank, cooling fins/tubes, tank, etc. Thuroughly inspecting of core and winding complete, reinsert the core coil assembly into the transformer tank, replacing 5/3 mm thick rubberised corksheet gasket of top cover complete and refilled with filtered transformer oil upto the desired level marked in conservator tank and record the insulation resistance of the winding both HV/LV side between earth and HV/LV winding, reconnecting the HV/LV side electric cables complete of following capacity of stepdown transformer all as specified and directed.Note - Transformer oil filtration and top up shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevant item of schedule 2 Transformer capacity 100KVA to 250 KVA 3 Transformer capacity 300KVA to 500 KVA 4 M&L for dehydration of transformer oil with mobile stream line transformer oil filteration plant at site with all accessories connected to transformer and carrying out filterartion of oil to desired dielectric strenghtto achieve electric strength of 60 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS fortransformer installed at various locations out door/in door type all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge Note : Test certificate shall be submitted for before and after filteration for dielectric strenght on the proper format. (ii) Transformer oil used for top up will be measured and paid seprately under relevant item. 5 Supply and topping up new transformer oil confirming to IS -335 of 1993 into the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer at various location all as specified and directed. Make : Power Oil or its equivalent. Note : The transformer oil for topping up shall be with di-electric strength of 40KV 6 Disconnecting all in coming and outdoor cables removing the transformer from the platform/two pole structure and floor and loading it in the vechicle carefully using the crane and transporting it to the workshop for repairs and transformer transport back to site, reinstall it, reconnecting all incoming and outgoing cable by properly crimping using lugs of suitable size taping the bushes/busbar, using insulation tape and testing of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA all as specified and directedNote :LT/HT side ceramic busing, brass spindle for HT/LT side, Rewinding, Dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid seprately in respective Items 7 M&L for rewinding of HT /LT windings oftransformer, winding the defective coils with approved quality copper wire as per IS of same gauge and existing size together with new insulation materials, bracings the terminals before placing into the tranformer and assembling the HT / LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil all as required and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commisioning the transformer after providing necessary connections all as specified and directed 8 M&L for arrest the leakage of transformer oil from the LT/HT side bushings by replacing oil seals, Gaskets of, top cover, conservator tank and other parts of transformer afterdrain out the transformer at required level, tigtning the transformer nut bolts, replacing the gasket nuts, bolts, washer and refilling thestrored Transformer oilafter completion of oil arrest all as specifeid and directed.Note : (i) Spares requiredsuch as nut, bolts, washer, Gasket etc required to oil arrest shallbe deemed in quoted rate.(ii) Topping up of extra transforemer oil required to achieve desired level measured and paid seprately. (iii) HT/LT side complete bushing assemble with brass stud & oil seal shall be measured & paid under relevent items of schedule. 9 Supply only HT side bushing 22KV with oil sealfor 100 to 250 KVA 10 Supply only HT side bushing 22KV with oil seal for 300 to 500 KVA 11 Supply only LT side bushing 415Vwith oil sealfor 100 to 250KVA 12 Supply only LT side bushing 415V with oil sealfor 300 to 500 KVA 13 Replacement of breather assembly complete with silica jel in transparent container with metallic top and bottom cup with pipe entry of 15/20 mm dia, including oil bath tub all as specified and directed 14 Replacement of existing unserviceable silica gel with new crystal clear silica jel for breather of transformer all as specified and directed 15 Supply only brass spindle on LT side as per existing size, shape and specification for capacity range 100 KVA to 500 KVA all as specified and directed 16 Supply only brass spindle on HTside 22 KVas per existing size, shape and specification for capacity range 100 KVA to 500 KVA all as specified and directed 17 M&L for overhauling servicing of Tap changer and replacement of unserviceable parts as ordered with new and assembling with old serviceable parts for smooth functioning and operation all specified and directed. 18 M&L for transformerpainting with twocoat of synthetic enamel paint heat proof of same colour including preparation of old surfaces complete includuing writing the MES no in bold letter all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for painting to two pole structure with twocoats of aluminumpaintoverred oxide paint after preparation of old surfaces as per existing all as specified and directed. 20 M&L for painting to four pole structure with two coats of aluminum paint over red oxide paint after preparation of old surfaces as per existing all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for spray painting to exposed surface of steel tubular pole HT pole 11 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint (as per existing colour) over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old painted surface by scrapping or complete removal of old paint, filling cavities with filler all as specified and directed 22 S&F in replacement of tubular aluminium alloy bus bar 12 mm thichness of 32 mm outer dia and 20 mm inner dia with colour code of Red, yellow & blue coupled with Al Clamps 120 mm Length 6 mm thickness mounted on polymer based 22 KV type insulators suitable for HT 22 KV two/four pole structures in horizontal layers duly coupled with strip jumbers, Lightning arrestors all as specified and directed 23 S&F in replacement of solid aluminium strip of 30 mm x 10 mm with colour code suitable for HT 22 KV two/four pole structures in verticle layers fixed in polyglass/epoxy & cycloaliphatic insulators duly coupled with horizantal bus bars, Lightning arrestors, drop out fuse assembly, Gang operated device all as specified and directed 24 S&F for Insulator Pin/ post type polymer based including one galvanishing MS spindle, nuts & washers for 22 KV grade and fixing to the structure all as specified and directed 25 S&F in repairs switch air break gang operated HT 22 KV Volt grade out door type, triple pole of capacity 200 amps rating mounted on Polymer based 9 insulator and fitted on steel frame horizontally mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore Heavy grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangements including pad locks with key flat iron clamp 50 mm x 6 mm including taking down old unseviceable one all as specified and directed. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing theincluding replacing the control cables as required for connection to CR panel (b) Taking out relay set ( 2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT 22 KV CR panel and cleaning the contact(NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed. Note for (a) & (b):- (i) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OBC. (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.
