Tender For Misc Repair Work In Innovation Lab; 1 Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) : 2 With Modular bricks 3 Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) 4 Size of Tile 600x600 mm 5 Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Size of Tile 600x600 mm 7 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 8 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 9 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 10 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. 11 Two coats 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 13 One or more coats on old work 14 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : 15 Of area beyond 3 sq. metres 16 Supply of Powder Coated Galvanized Steel 120 minute Fire Door : Specification :1. Door tested for 120 minute under BS:476 (Part -20 & 22) 1987 & IS:3614, (Part- 2) 1992.2. Door frames to be Single Rebate profile of 100 x 57mm manufactured from1.2mm GI sheet.3. Door Shutter in 46mm thick manufactured from 0.8mm GI sheets.4. Door Shutter lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flushshell which remains interlocked credit goes to its profile.5. Infilled Honeycomb to be provided for structural rigidity, additionalreinforcements & sound Insulation.6. The internal construction of the door will be appropriate for all hardwarefixtures as required.7.
