Tender For Ge I R And D/Chd-98/2025-26 Periodical Services To Boundary Walls, Compound Walls, At Zone-I, Domestic Area, Etf, Sws And Rtrs At Tbrl Range Ramgarh; 1 Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete on any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed 4 All as per serial item no 3 above but except bricks -ditto- 5 Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in coping etc including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour for fixed in repair precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for jellies 25 mm thick set in cement mortar1:4 including all molding frame complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material and labour for framed work as in doors or gates and framed grills made of ornamental purpose of angle, square bars or other sections including plate, rails braces with ornamental and fabricate etc complete drilled for fixing of steel seating including prepared for hanging, sliding bolt, handle etc confirming toFe 290(Gde-E- 165) quality complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls applying one coat of cement based paint of approved make & colour including removing of vegetation growth, bushes at least 1.5m both side on wall including taking out from wall/ fence etc and removing the rubbish not exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of cement based paint applying two coats of cement based paint of approved make & colour including removing of vegetation growth, bushes at least 1.5m both side on wall including taking out from wall/ fence etc and removing the rubbish not exe 50 m complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and finishing the wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work(two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr /10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm upto 12 m height complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1 st quality) complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for preparation of new untreated surface of steel of any description n exc 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 13 Taking downcement plaster on brick walls including hacking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water with and including removing of vegetation growthcomplete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick external using cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over one coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed..
