Tender For Various Work In Co-Operative Cattle Feed Factory Jhotwara Jaipur.(Civil Work)- 1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 Mtr. and lift up to 1.5 Mtr. : All kinds of soil 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal ofexcavated earth, lead upto 50m andlift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil 3 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick. 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 5 Repair to stone masonry in cement sand mortar 1:6 with old and new stone. 6 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In lime mortar. 7 Providing and laying in position cement concretee including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 8 Providing and laying in position cement concretee including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 40mm nominal size). 9 Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel propsand removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,buttressesplinthandstring course. 10 Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. (Original producers who manufacture billet directly from iron ores and roll the billets to produce steel conforming to IS:1786) Thermo-mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevant IS code) 11 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 12 Add extra for Square or Rectangular Pillars in Superstructure brick work up to five storeyUpto 45 cm length and two corners are free 13 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 14 Structural steel work riveted,bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: 15 Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with required dia 610 mm (having 15 nos. round per 6 metre length) up to 3m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/Spring core(2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensilee strength of 165 kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre (Cost of MS angle, CC block shall be paid extra)
