Bids Are Invited For Operation And Maintenance Of Substation - 2X2500 Kva Substation Operation And Minor Maintenance;T Round the clock operation & maintenance of electrical distribution system lika Operate of 33kv Air Brake Switch, switching of power supply, operating IIT & LT Pancis & eder installed facilities as per the list Checking of Lighting Amester, AB Switchs lusulator & Conductors on daily basin Monitoring and recording the transformer parameters such as a) Winding temperature b) Chil temperature c) Oil level d) Checking of oil leakage, if any, and take inmodate action to stop leakage per format provided or mutually agreed upon. Checking of muxiliary supply and control voltages & checking of indication lamps on HT. LT punels from time to time. Checking of capacitor panels for each 1.T panel for proper working Routine checkup of DC Battery bank and Battery charger for uninterrupted supply of 110 V DC to HT paneis, Checking battery water, gravity of water, connections etc for proper fanctioning. Maintaining record of HT Panels Incomers or Outgoing of tripping with recording reason of for same as per format mutually agreed upon. Monitoring & recording voltage of AC & DC supply at HT & LT panels daily as per the format with Regular Monitoring & Recording of Voltage, Load & Power Factor Etc. 10 Operation of LT panels, ATS & APFC Panels as per requirement and recording the foeder open/close position daily as per format mutually agreed upon. In case of power failure of primary (CSPDCL) supply due to any fault, recording 33KV line breakdown and follow up for line restoring with CSPDCL officials at the time of tripping from CSPDCL side 12 Restoring of LT power supply from Main LT Panels outgoing feoders to various incomers, D 14 Restoring of HT power supply by means of standby cable available near Transformers, HT Panels, and Switch yard at the time of emergency due to some faults or tripping. H Carry out battery and battery charger preventive maintenance as per schedule. Operating the battery charger in float and boost made as per schedule Maintaining records transformers voltage for all the transformers & teceding the voltage & lond consumption as per format mutually agreed upon. 16 Routine checkup and observation of Bus ducts from Transformer to Main LT panels and Synchronization panel to Main 1.T panels. 17 Routine checkup and ohservation of HT & LT Panels & Transformers. 18 Incident reporting and investigations to be done as per standards. 19 Maintenance Of complaint register to keep up the record of complaint and rectifications, as well as to maintain the instructions given by Client and their compliance. 20 Contractor shall ahn maintain register to keep up the record of electrical material used with due verification of client 21 Maintain necessary records as per format provided by Engineer In charge. 22 Supply of minor spares Free of Cost) CTC or (RC Solution, Logbook, Umbrella, Water for Battery, Indicating lamp, Cotton waste, Grease, petroleum jelly, acotone acid, CTC, CRC log sheets cleaning items, cleaning cloth. 23 The other consumables ispare parts/accessories fittings/fisdures/Faulty part from the aforesaid list shall be purchased by the contracter and the cost of same shall be reimbursed at actual on production of the bills by the contractor (plus) 35% On Account Of (Labour Charges Transportation Charges+ Contingency Charges Contractor Profit Ete) and the relevant payment shall be made along with monthly payment 24 Maintaining, reasonable stock of minor standby equipments, cables, feeders, MCCBs, ACBs etc ready For working conditions. (to be supplied on chargeable basis) Regular operational & safety training to all staff regarding Operational and trouble shooting of equipments & Live parts 26 Suitable WC insurance coverage for the engaged personel Contractor shall arrange the periodically testing of electrical installation as per norms of electrical safety. any statutory fee to be paid by client) 28 Regular Watering of Earthing system to ensure good resistance and recording the result as per format mutually agreed upon. 30 Lodging of complaints to related OEM on failure of any equipments and reporting same to client 31 Contractor has to provide total 4 nos plastic chairs, 1 nos wooden table, I nos almirah & required stationary FOC 32 33 Cleaning of HT & LT Panels, battery bank and chargers, and other equipments. internally & externally in fixed intervals. Regular Cleaning of Control Room, Switch yard grasses Etc. Preventing unauthorised entry of outsiders and animals by locking the gates.
