Tender For Patch Repair Work Of Various Sh/Mdr/Odr Roads In Uruwablock Distt Gorakhpur Fy 2025-26 Part 2 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. as per MORT&H specification no 405 2 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per Technical Speicification Clause 503 (ii) 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.MORT&H Specification 510Sr 5.07 4 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 2.36 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.
