Dome includes inside arrangement of exhibition stall size 10 ft x 10 ft 50 nos., the stall should be in extruded aluminum type with laminated panels fasci in vinyl letters, each stall have to be provided three tables with white cloths, three chairs, three spot lights, two plug points, one waste paper basket & 30 steel hooks for hanging exhibits. Along with series lighting at appropriate places. 30 Providing signage boarddisplaying general signage will have to be fixed at various places for information etc (As directed by Director of Extension Education) Size : 1 ft. x 2 ft. 31 Providing hydrogen gas balloon of 25 ft. diameter endorsing logo & name of Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola at the site of Exhibition. All necessary arrangements viz. balloon, hydrogen gas cylinder for filling of the balloon and erection of the balloon in air will have to be arranged by the Mandap contractor. The balloon should be kept in air for four days i.e. 26/12/2025 to 29/12/2025. 32 Providing RO Drinking water arrangement on exhibition ground400 water cans/spots/day (Total 5 spots) and frequently filled with RO drinking water & glasses, alongwith a two persons for distribution of water at each spots to visitors on exhibition ground, including drainage arrangement. Also give two water cans/day to each stalls separately. 33 Providing parking arrangement for two and four wheelers with markings, Barricades of wooden ballies height 1 mtr. and CCTV camera and security guards. Sufficient number of parking separation boards be kept ready (As per the direction of officer in-charge.) 34 Providing generator sets for 24 hour power supply with fuel & operator during the work & during the period of exhibition. Set should be proper in working condition noiseless, smokelessa) Generator set with mobile van 125 KVA 35 b) Generator set40 KVA 36 Providing 500 watt P. A. / sound system with cordless mike, speaker and amplifiers. Recording system at the stage Registration counter control room etc. 37 Providing firefighting arrangements with fire brigade van. Sufficient no. of Fire extinguishers with operator or as per the statutory norms Fire bucket filled with sand as per requirement etc. complete. 38 Providing Security Services (MESMA/Any other reputed agency) with 30 Security guards (Male & Female) in uniforms with cap, logo, batten, whistle form a reputed security firm in morning & 30 guards during night hour for 3 day etc complete 39 Providing house keeping with 20 sweepers with uniform & labours for keeping campus cleaning, carting of wastage material, sweepers for keeping the toilets neat & clean etc. including sanitary material etc. complete. Cleaning of exhibition site at regular interval will be required during the period of exhibition. Garbage has to be lifted (Approx. 2 trip/day through vehicle) from ground on daily basis. 40 Providing visitors counting machine of five counting sets at the entrance No. 1 & 2at both places & counting the visitors at the end of every day and submission data of total visitors in three days etc. 41 Providing Landscaping at selected five spots in the guidance of Horticulturist. Published AGROTECH news in various newspapers should be produce/submit to this office for final payment. Big hoarding for Akola city (5 NO.), 10,000 posters (1.5 x 3 ft.), 3000 A4 size coloured letters and information brochures for distribution in Vidarbha and outside Vidarbha) have to be done by mandap contractor. The University will do its own publicity of exhibition for larger participation of farmers. Event manager should supply sufficient number of posters, letters and brochure to the University.
