Tender For Special Repair Road And Path From Bde Csd To Convoy Ground Under Ge 871 Ews Atmil Stn Joshimath; 1 M & L for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each in area including sweeping from dust & mud or water securing sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth but making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm (using paving bitumen) putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10sqm blinded with 0.09cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed 2 M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber in consolidated thickness 75 mm or less complete all as specified and directed.Note :(i)Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5of SSR 2009 Part- I (ii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under this item then a minus adjustment @ 60 per kg rate of bitumen (less consumption) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against this item, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iii) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. 3 Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M/L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen)VG -10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm on existing black top surface complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of bitumen with viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonnes power roller to required complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for layinghot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5 mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc. 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow all as specified. 7 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.Make :- 3M / Dark eye/ Pioneer swift 8 Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.Make :- 3M / Dark eye/ Pioneer swift 9 Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and thrown away at low alying area complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M & L for 100 mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base offlooring complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigmentconfirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for sand as sand cushioning for laying interlocking tilescomplete all as specified and as directed. 13 Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles/interlocking paver block of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etccomplete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping/benching including formed work complete all as specified and directed.
