Tender For Special Repairs To Sewage Line Of Certain Bldgs At Sujit Vihar Under Ge (S) Binnaguri; 1 Demolition & breaking up drain pipes( salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified 2 Demolition & breaking up drain pipes( salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 200mm complete all as specified 3 Demolition & breaking up drain pipes( salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 100mm complete all as specified 4 Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified 5 Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified 6 Demolition of precast concrete block/brick wallingbuilt in cement mortarof any description etc complete all as specified. 7 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position such as precast manhole cover or cover slabs of septic tank etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified 8 M&L for precast RCC 1: 1.5 :3 type A-1 using 20mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in manhole covers including necessary formwork complete all as specified 9 M & L reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, drain/sewage pipes with collars of radius 200mm laid in trenches and jointed as specified 10 Supply and fixing150 mm dia(Internal) of salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade ‘A’placed in position sewer pipe lines complete all as specified 11 S&Ffor PVC (SWR) (Bore of pipe 160mm) pipes with working pressure 6 kg/cm2 single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary clamps, bolts etc complete all as specified 12 S&F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius fixed to PVC Pipes/Steel Gutters etc complete all as specified (Bore of bend 160mm) 13 S&Ffor PVC (SWR) (Bore of pipe 110mm) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary clamps, bolts etc complete all as specified 14 Supply and fixing of salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade ‘A’placed in position in oldsewer line , 100 mm dia(Internal) of sewer pipe 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished & reforming benching as required dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified 34 M&L for Brick work with Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified 35 M&L in reapir for Salt Glazed stone ware gulley trape, sqaure or round mouthed type 150x100mm complete all as specified 36 Cleaning of blocked sewage line 150mm bore by rodding with using sectional sewer rod / flexible sewer rod /steel rod or split bamboo stick throughlyfrom both sides between adjacent manholes / inspection chamber to manholesof any depth and size including well flushing with water till clear flow of sewage line is observed including taking out sludge & other foreign particles from manhole & pipe lines and buried in earth pits and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1kg/sqm over the sludge before filling of earth in layer of 30 cmcomplete all as specified 37 Cleaning of blocked sewage line 200 mm bore by rodding with using sectional sewer rod / flexible sewer rod /steel rod or split bamboo stick throughlyfrom both sides between adjacent manholes / inspection chamber to manholesof any depth and size including well flushing with water till clear flow of sewage line is observed including taking out sludge & other foreign particles from manhole & pipe lines and buried in earth pits and spreading of bleaching powder @ 1kg/sqm over the sludge before filling of earth in layer of 30 cmcomplete all as specified 38 All as per ser item No 37.00 above but sewage line of 100/110mm bore.Notes : forBOQ item No 36 to 38(i)Length of manhole to manholesshall be measured in these item.(ii) Cleaning of sewage line to be started from down stream side, in this operation some pipe line will be cleaned automatically and need not to be cleaned by rodding and the same shall not be measured for payment.(iii) The unit rate of the item shall be deemed to include the removal of sludge / waste water accumulated in manhole / inspectionchamber due to cleaning of drain by rodding. (iv) Water required for cleaning the sewage line are the responsibility of the contractor and no extra payment will be made in this regard.(v) Cost of bleaching powder and lime deem to be included in unit rate.
