Tender For Repair, Drilling And Grouting Of Draft Tube And Penstock Of All Units No.01 To 08 Of Power House Of Indira Sagar Power Station, Narmada Nagar, Distt. Khandwa M.P.; 1 Repair of damaged/deteriorated, leached, honey combed and spelled concrete surface with or without exposed steel reinforcement with epoxy mortar, Grade 3 and class C of ASTM having bond strength of 12 MPA and tensile strength of 16 MPA, average thicknes of 10 mm and seal coat @ 1 kg per 4m²including cost of all material, machinery, T&P, labour and cost of other incidental charges and testing as per relevant specifications etc., complete.For average 10 mm thick layer. 2 Providing and inserting 12mm- 40mm nipples by drilling holes and fixing nipples with approved (fixing) compound as per standard procedure and specification including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of holes after completion of grouting operation,including cost of all material, machinery, T&P, labour and cost of other incidental charges and testing as per relevant specifications etc., complete 3 PU grouting with following applications:Providing and applying 1 component, polyurethane injection foam based system for wet condition and temporary sealing, which cures to a dense flexible foam with a fine cellular structure. (Viscosity cps 500-1300 at 230C, solvent and CFC free by using PU grouting pump).Providing and applying 2 component, elastic, low viscous, solvent free, polyurethane injection resin based system for permanent sealing that does not need the presence of water for hardening reaction. (Viscosity of mixture 250-600 Mpa at +300C penetrates into cracks >0.2mm in width by using PU grouting pump).Material : Sika /fosrock/ Confix India Pvt. Ltd or equivalent. 4 Providing and injecting of free flowing, high strength, non-shrink cementitious GP grout (Compressive strength of material should be more than / equivalent to 50 Mpa) with required pressure to fill up the voids of concrete under Steel liner / any location as per requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Material : Sika /fosrock/ Confix India Pvt. Ltd or equivalent.
