Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Drain At Ward No:11 Advaitharea In Karamadai Municipality.; 1 Dismantling Plain Cement Concrete including all Labour cost as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. For Drain 2 Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. For Drain 3 Plain cement concrete in mix 1:4:8 ( One cement , four sand and eight aggregate) using 40 mm BSS HBG metal including cost and conveyence of all meterials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete as per the standard specification. 4 Providing centering for sides and soffits of R.C.C.works such as lintels, slab that beams plain surface etc., complete excluding strutting upto 3.30 M height using mild steel sheet of size 90 c.m x 60 c.m and 10 gauge stifer with M.S. angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm laid over silver w.c.wood joints of size 10 c.m. x 6 c.m. spaced at about 90 c.m. c/c and supported by casurins props of 10 c.m. to 13 c.m. dia spaced 75 c.m. centre to centre complying with as per standard specification. for side wall.- For Drain 5 For Slab 6 Cement concrete in 1:2:4 [one cement and two sand and aggregateusing 20mmsize ISS grade machine crushed metal including the cost of mixing laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. 7 Supply and fabrication of steel rod required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the roads straightening, cutting, bending, tying, including over lapping to the required length whereever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in thedrawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification. 8 Reinforced cementconcrete 1:1 1/2 :3 mix (One cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) mix for all reinfoced cement concrete works using 20 mm ISS gauge hard broken grainte machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials at site including all labour charges for concrete mixing, laying, watering, curing properly but excluding cost of steel and centering etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 9 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications
