Tender For Provn Of Rcc/Pcc Block Retaining Wall, Parapet Walls Near Bldg No P-45, P-58, 35 Alma Line At Ranikhet Mil Stn And Protective Wall For Existing Rcc Retaining Wall Near Bldg No P-267 (Sm Bk No. 01) At Chaubattia Mil Stn Under Para 35 Of Dwp 2020 Under Ge Ranikhet => Limited; 1.00 Excavation over areas n exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard & dense type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 2.00 -ditto- as per item No 2 but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and n.exc. 3.00 mtr -ditto- 3.00 M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 4.00 M&L for RCC M-25 design mix as in footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns complete all as specified and directed. 5.00 M&L for RCC M-25 design mix as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like of any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed. 6.00 Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter, flat, rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 7.00 Use and waste of form work to walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like including attached pilasters and buttresses and similar work vertical or to batter, flat, fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 8.00 S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape etc, including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. 9.00 Returning filling in hard/dense soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 10.00 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M, depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 11.00 Hand packing of broken stone ( any thickness) at back of the retaining wall etc and raising and lowering to required level complete all as specified and directed. 12.00 Surface Excavation in hard/dense soil n,exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 13.00 M & L for hard core of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed. 14.00 M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 finished fair and even as in sub base Complete all as specified and directed. 15.00 Removing Excavated soil exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 16.00 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping /kerb/Side of interlocking etc.including weathering and throating including necessary form work etc.complete all as specified and directed. 17.00 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 18.00 M&L machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block with grey cement and pigment (Reflective type)in any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified. 19.00 Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonery built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. 20.00 M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 21.00 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls, ceiling with READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material with dubbing coat of 10mm thickness. For thickness above 15mm, it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 days- 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density-1500-1600 kg/cum. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 10 mtr height, all as specified and directed. 22.00 S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed on walls or floors complete all as specified and as directed 23.00 Rough Excavation in hard/dense soil n exc 1.5 M deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed 24.00 Forming embankments including earth spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick watering , ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size , shape etc, n exc 1.5 m high from base incl transportation complete all as specified and directed 25.00 Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil
