| 1 | Repair, maint and making the fully functioning of flameproof electric operated crane of cap5 tonafter checking long travel motion, cross travel motion, hoisting motion (electrically and mechanically) in presence of user rep and MES rep & rectifying any type of defects immediately when found including servicing, greasing, topping up gear box oil & carrying out routine maintenance as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch. (ii) : Labour for lowering, mounting arrangement such as ladder, pulley block, rope system, T&P, any type of nut, bolt, washers and other connected mechanism shall be under contractor arrangement and rates are deemed to be included in this Job. No extra payment will be made to the contractor against lowering/lifting the spares etc at a height of 20\" to 30\"(iii) Repair/maint of each flame proof EOT crane of capacity 5 Ton for one time or as per complaint of EOT cranes. |
| 2 | Dismantling the main driving shaft of forward/reverse drive and cross drive of flameproof EOT crane after unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers including other connected accessories with shaft such as breaking assembly, coupling, bearings rings, gear box lowering down the smaller portion of shaft from up to 30\" approximate height for removing and threading, repairing & manufacturing cutting teeth keys one Nos bearing housing cabinet and replacement of one Nos tapper bearing welding of foundation rest pad making drills holes in rest pads matching with main foundation of trolly, cleaning, greasing and oiling of all the bearing, bearing housing, gear box etc complete for smooth functioning including providing nut, bolts with locking arrangement & washers of any type/size as per site requirement complete including re-assembly with connected accessories after repair including carrying out necessary alignment of all the parts connected with shaft all as specified and/ or as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Capacity of crane - 5 Ton). |
| 3 | Dismantlingof micro -up and down drive arrangement of flameproof EOT crane after un-screwingL- key bolts/screwsnuts, washers etc which includes gear box of micro drive main box of up -down drive, breaking arrangements including dismantling of 3 set (3 pair) of micro coupling, micro-drive arrangement for undertaking repair including getting down all as dismantled parts from existing platform at a minimum height about 20\" to 30\" approximately reassembling and re- alignment of all the parts complete including testing on load on both micro and main drive complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engineer -in-charge (capacity of Crane-5 Ton). |
| 4 | Dismantling/strip opening gear of micro main shaft drive for replacement of 2 Nos gun metal bushes having internal lining for oiling arrangement, replacement of all the nuts/bolts of bush side plate with L-key, bolts of size as per sample oiling/greasing of gear box including necessary cast iron repair to broken foundation which includes welding lathing and grinding complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engineer -in-charge. (Crane capacity 5 Ton) |
| 5 | Dismantling and refixing after repair brake shoe leather suitable for any motion of flameproof EOT crane 5 ton cap complete all as specified and/ or as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 6 | Dismantling/strip opening flameproof micro drive box complete with rectifier transformer arrangement, magnetic disc both side coupling for remoting both the side ends of driving shaft (Gear box coupling side and breaking arrangement coupling side) making multi key arrangementon both the shaft and couplings (teeth system) to avoid any kind of play in coupling and shaft including replacement of 4 Nos carbon bushes, replacement of 02 Nos gun metal bushes including making oiling arrangement in bushes and side covers of bushes/housing of micro drive re-assembling/testing complete (crane capacity up to 5 Ton) all as specified and/ or as directed by Engineer -in-charge. |
| 7 | Dismantling/strip opening of up/down micro electric breaking arrangement after un-screwing nuts, bolts washers, re-adjustment of breaking springs, replacement of brake leathers, replacement of two Nos 440 volts any make brake coils, replacement of both gun metal bushes of shaft housing in brake box making oiling/greasing arrangement complete re-assembling and testing complete all as specified and/ or as directedby Engineer -in-charge.(Crane capacity 5 Ton ) |
