Providing, running and maintaining the services of hydraulic operated GRAP complaint \"water sprinkler anti smog gun\" on truck mounted system mounted on CNG truck (BS-VI compliant) including driver, helper having water tanker not less than 7000 litre Qty. capacity with front and back camera with GPS system consisting following features: (a) Throw should not be less than 6m horizontal distance (b) Minimum 270 degrees rotation in the horizontal plane and -5 degree to 40 degree (min) tilting in vertical plane and size of droplets should be appropriate range. (c) Having sufficient no. of stainless steel nosels to atomized, the water complete as per the direction engineer-in-charge. (d) The potable water/ treated effluent shall be usedthe water tanker and arranged by agency at his own cost including provision of GPS photography/videography, all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of all above mentioned operations, cost of GPS photography/videography, driver, helper, fuel & other consumables including water. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(e) Also, the tanker should have pressure jet nozzle and hose pipe for washing kerb stones, crash barriers, over head signage boards , footpath etc for the road as per the requirement and direction of Engineer-in charge.NOTE: 1. The agency will have to submit the receipt/vouchers for purchase/ procurement of water from the DJB for payment.2. GPS Photographs of the site before andafter sprinkling is done, to be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge on every sprinkling dayfor which nothing extra shall be payable.3. Penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non satisfactory compliance, in addition to action as per other terms and condition of the agreement.4. The sprinkler may be required to be deployed at site on short notice of 24 Hours or as per direction of Hon\"ble NGT, CAQM whichever is earlier. 5. Any challan from any civicand statuatory body etc. issued for non sprinkling of water on roads shall be paid by the agency/contractor at his own cost.6. Sprinkling will be done minum 2 times a day andfrequency will be increased /decreased whenever required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7. One tanker will cover minimum 3.5 km of length in 70min. 8. The agency shall have mimimum 3nos. of tanker on his name and MOU

NOTE: Condition for L1 Bidder –Availability and exclusive deployment of Water Tankers:-The L1 Bidder shall be required to submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or ownership documents confirming the availability of at least three water tankers, each havinga minimum capacity of 7000 litres, and complaints with BS-VI emission norms or operating on CNG.Furthermore, the bidder must certify that the said tankers are not deployed elsewhere at the time of MoU submission and shall remain exclusively available for this work throughout the contract period-from the start date until completion of the work to ensure the timely and proper supply of drinking water as per the contract requirements.Failure to submit the requisite MoU or ownership documents or non-compliance with the exclusivity condition within 7 days of issuance of the letter for commencement of work may result in forfeiture of the performance Guarantee and will render L1 Bidder ineligible to participate in bid in re-tendering of said work.
