| 2 | The Unit of MPS/STP :- Receiving Chamber-1, SS 316 Coarse Screen Channel – 3 nos (2 Mech +1 Manual), MPS of 14 mld capacity with all electromechanical equipment like non clog sewage pumping plant with main piping ,valve, flowmwter , PT, PG, commom header, LT panels with soft starters,breakers and bus bar of suitable capacity ,level sensor ,apfc panel , DG set with amf panel , PLC scada and other necessary equipment for proper completion of work (Raw Sewage Sump with 5 minutes DT and pumping plant capacity 7.0 mld), RCC Valve Chamber, DIK-9 Rising Main, Stilling Chamber, SS 316Fine Screen Channel – 3 nos (2 Mech+1 Manual) each of 100%Capacity, vortex Grit Chambers with vortex grit mechanism- 2 nos along with One by pass Chanel, partial flume with ultrasonic flowmeter ,SBR Basins-2, Chlorination Tank, Treated Effluent sump with Pumping Station including DIK-9 450 mm dia treated effluent conduit line, DI outfall structure near disposal point at the bank of the river, Sludge Sump, DWPE Dosing Tanks-2, HT Substation, DG Set with RCC platform, SBR Turbo Air Blower, MCC, Meter Room etc. Chlorination cum Chlorine Tonner House (Above Chlorination Tank), sludge thickner, Belt Press PumpHouse, Belt Press House, outlet chamber, earth filling , OCEMS at inlet and outlet, minimum 100 kw on gridsolar system, PLC Scada of MPS/STP and other alied components required for STP. |
| 3 | The manual bar screens shall be made of Stainless Steel (SS 316) flats. The mechanical fine screens shall be of Inclined Rake Type. Conveyor Belt and chute arrangement shall be provided to take the screenings to the screenings dropped from chute will be collected in a wheelbarrow. Manually operated CI or SS 316 gates are provided at the upstream and downstream ends to regulate the flow. |
| 4 | Admincum Scada Control Building (Multistorey Air-Conditioned fully furnishedbuilding) of 500 Sqm plinth area for providing laboratory, PLC/Scada room,meeting hall, 5 no administrative offices with attached toilet, reception area with STP modal with illuminating lights and covered with 10 mm thick toughened glass placed on SS frame counter, male and female toilets, pantry room with modular kitchen, fall ceiling, wall panelling (Inner area of all offices, meeting hall, reception area), tiles flooring, uPVC door windows, stone clieding of outer surface area of building, covered parking for 25 no. cars, Tube Well & water storage tank for external water supply, concield electrification , InternalRCC roads and inter locking pathways with covered RCC drainage system, rain Water harvesting, land scaping. 5 No. LED High Mask Light of 110 W with 16 m high pole and street lights, CCTV camera etc. |
| 5 | Entrance and Exit gate including Security Cabin. Staff Quarters, Sign Board of STP, RCC framed structure boundary wall etc. All other srtuctures specified in tender and ifnot specified and required for the proposed works shall be done by the contractor. |

| 8 | Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay & sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50m watering & mechanicalcompcation of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of the foundation or into the plinth and disposal of surplus earth including Providing and erecting temporary barricading at site, traffic diversion etc as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. The contractor will ensure to keep the all excavated erath or trech area wet with sprinkling the water from tankers 2-3 times daily up to permanentreinstatment of the roads to protect air qulity of the area as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge. |
