Tender For Maintenance Work Of Village Chakdih To Khujara Road (Hot Mix Paver Method) - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. 2 Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mountedgrader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 4 WBM Grading 2 -Providing and laying , spreding and compacting stone aggregate of 45-63mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness ,hand packing . Rolling with smooth whell roller 80-100 kn in stage to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,stone screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compactingto required density Grading -2 as per technical specification Clouse 405. 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 6 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick onedging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing as per Technical Specification Clause 412 7 Prime Coat-Providing and Applying primercoat with bitumin Emulsion (SS-1) ON prepared surface og granular base including cleaning of road sufaces& spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm using macanical means as per technical Specification Clouse 502. 8 Tack Coat-Providing and applyingTack with bitumin emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the preparedsurfaces 9 20mm Thick Open Graded Premix Carpet-Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10bitumento required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type Cas per Technical Specification Clause 508.
