Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Sand cushioning (tibba sand) to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ductsin layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid. 5 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover,class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x l80mm x 40mm, ISI marked complete all as directed at site 6 Supply, lay, joint and fix in replacement 100mm Galvanised Iron Pipe light grade with all fittings as protection pipe for earth strips, laid in trenches, fixed on poles,walls and ceilings or laid in floors, laid inroad crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps of size 25x3mm mild steel flat iron as welded to pipe as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushion, protection cover where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. 7 Taking out the old unsv HT cable after disconnecting from over head lineand panel rated voltage of 11000 Voltsfrom trenches, pole etc complete all as specified and directed 8 Supply, lay, joint and testHT XLPEunder ground insulated, screwed, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade earthed system of size 95 Sqmm 3 core confirming to IS laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply and spread 40mm graded stone aggregate in the substation/ as where directed at site complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing of HT Lightning Arrestor Metal Oxide Type (Gap less) heavy duty single pole suitable forsystem voltage of 12 KV and working rated arrestor voltage 9 KV with normal discharge current of 10 KA all as per IEC 99.4 effectively earthed including taking down of existing lightening arrestor complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply, hoist, joint, fix and test in replacement Aluminium Coductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) for overhead lines on poles including aluminium binding wire 14 SWG , jumpers , line tapes etc complete all as specifed of size as directed at site. Make - Denson/ M seal/ Raychem/3M. 21 M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means ofnut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(2009)(a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. 22 S&F 25x4mm size galvanised iron stripearth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe pr fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed. 23 Repairs/overhauling to 11KV on load voltage regulator capacity 150 KVA complete in and includingthe following repair works :- (a)Taking out 11KV onload voltage regulator of 150 KVA rating after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of on load voltage regulator including opening the on load voltage regulator & checking the quality of winding/links , & servicing the fixedcontact & blowing out dust andonload voltage regulator including connection to HT panel complete and refixing the same after repair complete all as directed. 24 Repairs/overhauling to 11KV HT control Panels complete in and includingthe following repair works :- (a)Taking out 11KV High Tension VCBs of up to 800 Amps rating trolley from High Tension control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of High Tension Vacume Circuit Breakers trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of vacume bottles/links , & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete and refixing the same after repair complete all as directed. (b). Taking out existing relay set from high tension of any type and size, 11KV,VCB control panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibration the relay by giving the primary and secondry injection and checking the tripping system by relay testing kit for over current and earth fault & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in High Tension controlpanels complete all as specified and directed by EIC .Note:- Testing of above job to be carried out by Authorized commisioning Engineer (b) spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under the relevent items as supply only. 25 Supply only Vaccum interrupter 2.4 inch suitable for 630 A VMX breaker 26 Supply only Fixed contact block of VCB 630 Amps, 11 KV including taking down old material 27 Supply only support insulator (75mm dia) of VCB 630 Amps, 11 KV. 28 Supply only auxiliary switch (6NO + 6NC) of VCB 630 Amps, 11 KV. 29 Supply only bushing 400 series bolted type with O Ring, clamping nut and wave washers M 12 complete all as per existing specifred and directed 30 Supply only cable bushing plate as per existingcomplete all as specified and directed 31 Supply only ON push button with Z lever complete as per existing complete all as specified and directed, 32 Supply only OFF push button with Z lever complete as per existing complete all as specified and directed, 33 Supply only upper spout HT 11 KV VCBas per sample and fixing on panel all as required at site 34 Supply only Male contactmade of tinned copper VCB panel 11 KV made of brass as per sampleand fixing testing all as required and directed at site 35 S&F Resin/Epoxy casted circuit spout with metallic fittings of good conductivity as specified to connect/match with the existing 11KV bus bar complete in all respect as directed.including taking down old 36 S&F in replacementOver Current and earth fault relay having auxilaryvoltage 24-110 volts, +15% AC/DC complete all as specified and directed, 37 S&F in replacement Panel lighting lamp with holderwith on/off toggle switch 38 M&L for boring hole under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of size 100/80 mm not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified anddirected. 39 Disconnecting and taking down faulty / defective copper wound transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA ratio 11 KV / 0. 433 or 0.415 KV from 2/4 pole structure or sub station in Jaisalmer/chandan air force stn and transporting & depositing to AGE E/M AF Jaisalmer or as directed by the Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by EIC. 40 Transporting ofcopper wound transformer of capacity up to 250 KVA, ratio 11 KV / 0.433 or 0.415 KV from AGE E/M (AF) Jaisalmer yard to any sub station located in Jaisalmer/Chandan and connecting the same electrically and earthing complete 41 Transporting faulty / defective transformer rating upto 250 KVA ratio 11 KV / 0.433 or 0.415 KV to contractor workshop from AGE E/M (AF) Jaisalmer/Chandan area and opening the top cover of transformer, carrying out of the followings works / repairs/maintenance and transporting back :- (a) Taking out the transformer oil from transformer into seperate container barrel.(b) Taking out the core / coil assembly of transformer. (c )Cleaning of transformer inside by used transformer oil.(d) Re-fixing the core/coil in transformer including heating up of transformer core assembly to remove moisture after carrying out the repair as required in respective serials of Sch A items.(e) Replacement the rubberised gasket set for top cover, spindles, HT / LT bushing etc. as required Note :- i)All labour costs are included in this serial. In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / rewinding of HV / LV coils / top changer etc will be paid separately under respective serial. (ii)Filtration / centrifuging of usable transformer oil to remove moisture and suspended dust particles to be measured & paid for separately. (iii)Topping of transformer oil (if required) will paid under respective item. (f) Refilling of the removed transformer oil after heating up for removal of moisture.(g) Re-fixing of the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers.(h) Testing of transformer Complete. 42 Repairs / reconditioning of LV leg coilcopper for transformer of capacity up 250 KVA to be done only in case where only insulation is damaged andconductor strip is intact i.e. not deformed. This work will involve valve all turns of leg coil to be reconditioned removing complete insulation from conductor strip, cleaning of conductor, wrapping of conductor with fresh DPC insulation and remaking of LV leg coils with reconditioned strip for use in transformer under repairs complete all as directed. 43 Repairs / reconditioning of HV leg coil copper for transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA including insulation, varnishing by vaccum impregnation and backing of coil assembly complete all as specified anddirected by EIC. 44 Supply only LV leg coils of copper conductor for transformer of capacity up to250 KVA complete with insulation, varnishing byvaccumimpregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc complete all as specified & directed by the EIC 45 Supply only HV leg coils of copper conductor for transformer/on load voltage regulator of capacity up to 250 KVA completewith insulation, varnishing by vaccumimpregnation and baking of coil assembly, etc complete all as specified & directed by the EIC. 46 Supply only HV bushing 11 KV for transformers up to capacity 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. 47 Supply only LV bushing 0.433 / 0.415 KV for transformer up to rating 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. 48 Supply, fill and top up new Transformer Oil, low viscosity type of dielectric strength 35 to 40 KV breaking voltage conforming to IS complete for indoor / outdoor transformer and on load voltage regulator in various sub stations under GE (AF) Jaisalmer (of capacity up to 250 KVA transformer) all as directed. 49 M&L for painting of Distribution transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA with two coats of smoke synthetic enamel paint (colour/shed decided by GE)externally after necessary preparation to surfaces including numbering SM/MESNo. withwhite paint, etc complete all as specified and directed. 50 Providing the cable fault locating Machine withnecessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault along with the length of armourd6.6 /11 KVXLPE/PILCA insulated HT cable complete all as required and directed at site 51 S&F in replacement Feeder Pillar Box (FPB) factory made -out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less that 3.15mm.of size 150x65x90cm with copper bus bar strip 3 Nos of size 130 cm in length 4 cm in width and 05mm in thicknesssuitable for 11000 voltmounted on HT porcelain insulator front opening door two leafbraced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos ofangle iron 50x50 mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx 15cm in concrete 1: 3 : 6.Top of box MS sheet duly bent in/slope, tapper with projection of 30 mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painted with smoke grey stove enameled paint 2 coat over a primer coat all as directed. 52 Re - stretchingonly existing ACSR of any size on HT/ LT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.
