Note:- (i) The rates includes for mixing and spreading of Sand and saw dust in proportion 1:1 and laid in slopes or an inclined angle of 40 degree upward including screening of material direction andnecessary consolidation/ compaction complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fix boarding 40 mm thick 2nd class hardwood of any section any position fixed with nailsincluding dismantling existing boarding completeall as specified and directed. 16 Dismantling of scantlings of section 40 sqcm and over in section in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material and labour for 2nd classhard wood clean sawn scantling fixed in position completeall as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote completeall as specified and directed. 19 Supply and fix mild steel Flat iron welded or jointed in connection with framed work including securing bolts and all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed. 20 Material and labour for providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces under 10cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 25cm thick for well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and as directed. 22 SCHEDULE A PART - II (E&M)Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation for poles, stay, laying cables etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all specified and as directed. 23 Removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Material and labour for Spreading riddled soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i)Excavated approved soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc. as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness shall be considered for payment. 25 Material and labour for laying well burnt bricks ‘B’ class as mechanicalprotection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench, complete all as specified and directed. 26 Material and labour for Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of GI or any type of pipe including necessary earthwork, excavation exc 600mm depth but not exc 1mtr depth, 800 mm wide including making good existing surface with 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.
