approved first quality, brand, colour shade in two or more coats having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre at all heights after cleaning, removing the wornout old painted surface as directed including the cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, providing proper bowsom chair/jhulla/scaffolding, necessary primer and all other charges etc. complete as directed 30 Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts ,supply of all materials, labours ,scaffolding tools & plants etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge . 31 Providing, mixing and applying e SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer of approved make on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications, including supply of all materials, labours, scaffolding tools & plants etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 32 Providing and laying SBR Polymer modified (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) plain/reinforced concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc with concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness all-round existing core of RCC member. (One time payment shall be made for providing Scaffolding net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any. The Scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work) 35 Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coals of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns).
