a) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Single Phase heavy duty Vacuum Blower/Side Channel Blower/Turbine Blower (single-stage single-impeller) having 2HP motor,IP 55 rating, blower capacity of minimum 210 m^3/hr against 180 to 200 mbar pressure(MOC:Al Die-Casting) complete with suction filter and alllied accessories . The job includes fitting the blower on a base frame (which is grouted in cement concrete) made out of channel section ISMC of suitable size as per pump dimensions, by means of SS bolts/nuts. The job also includes providing and fitting of 01 No: 32A double pole MCB (C type), electric fittings, cable (2 core 10 sqmm Al Cable) approx 80ft from sub station to voltage stablizer, pvc conduits/pipes etc.. The job is also inclusive of providing and fabrication of canopy structure( approx 3-4 feet in height) for blower made out of hollow rectangular sections of suitable size properly grouted and covered overhead to serve as protection against rain/snow.b)Providing and Fixing of outlet Connection made of PVC pipe(B-Class) 50mm dia and length approx 15ft,including necessary fittings such as elbow,tees,reducers,end caps etc,jointing with solvent cement, fitted to blower outlet complete in all respects as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge c) Providing and Fixing Branch Header/ Lateral Lines made of PVC (B-Class) pipe 40 mm dia of length approx 170 ft from main Header to distribution points, with necessary fittings.Both 50mm and 40mm PVC pipes shall be properly clamped by means of U-clamps of suitable size.d) Providing and Fixing of 15mm I.D Braided Hose pipe from lateral to diffuser rings , cut to required lengths(approx 1.5 m per connection)of total no. of 24 connections, fitted from each lateral pipe to the diffuser ring inlet; includes barbed fittings / push-fit connectors and stainless-steel hose clamps (jubilee clips), complete job. e) Providing and fixing of 24 no.Bubble diffuser Hose ring made of 3 ft Bubble diffuser Hose pipe, joined with a Barbed T-connector connected to Braided Hose pipe from lateral, including clamps and sealing, complete.f ) PVC Ball Valves 02 no. of 40mm dia
