tender for annual repair and maintenance of to various roads in BBNDA, Baddi Area, 1 Excavation in Hilly Area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal of cut material with a lift upto allleadand liftas per Technical Specification Clause 1603.2. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means. 3 Providing and applying priming coat with Bitumen emulsion ( SS- 1 ) on prepaired surface of granularbaseincludingcleaning og road surfaceand sprayingprimer at the rate of 1.0 kg /sqm. usingmechanical means as perTechnical Specification Clause 502 4 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 509 complete in all respects. 5 Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refectorising glass beads @ 250gms sqmt. Area thickness of 2.5mm is inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I R C : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. 6 Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement conrete interlocking block pavements having thickness as per draings and Technical specification clause 1504( sub-base of concrete floor to be paid for separtely) .80mm. thick I.S.I. interlockingblocks. 7 Providing and laying Plain/reinforcedcement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 &1203P.C.C. 1:3:6grade M -10. including cost of form work, centering, shuttering etc. 8 Providing concrete for plain/rainforcedconcrete in open fondations complete as per drawings and technical specificationbs clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 III. P.C.C. grade M 20 (i) Nominal mix(1:2:4)including cost of form work, centering, shuttering etc.
