Tender For Provision Of Pcc Path From Pump House Towards Sump Of Txr Area At Af Stn Sonegaon; 1 Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Removing excavated materialbeyond 50 m and upto a total distance of 250 m and depositingwhere directed at a level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material & Labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material & Labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in floors finish concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material & Labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Material & Labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spred and levelled in layer not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Supply & Fix for 110mm dia bore PVC soil pipes in any length complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Supply & fix for 3 seater RCC bench with backrest complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 Material & labour for20mm Screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes/chequered tiles complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Material & labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 10mm thick, set, jointed in gray cement and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/path complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethly (HDPE) pipe for laying of Electric cable of size 50mm outer diamerter and 38 mm inner Diameter or suitable for 10 sqmm 2 core cable with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 12 S&F LED Post Top lantern with decorative circular design with polycarbonate opal duffuser and with IP 65 protection complete with all accessories and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size of 230 V 50 Hz 45 Watt 6500k, fitted to GI Pipe size 40 mm, 1.5 mtr long of suitable size including FRP (Fibre reineforece plastic) box of size 140x140x95mm to suit the cable connections provided 4 pole connecer for incoing and outgoing including support clamps fabricated from MS flat of size 25x6mm including nuts, bolts, wahsers welding, bending cold or hot driling holes for bolts in any shape or size including the two coat of aluminium paint over the one coat f red oxide primer and 4 pole connector 30 amps capacity and SP MCB of 6 amps complete all as psecified and as directed. Make of LED post top lantern is Bajaj cat No BGCPNP 45 W LED CW or in Havells/Pilips and make of FRP box is sintex cat part No gsjb 1414/hansel or equivalet in 13 S&F MCB four pole 415 Volts 63 Amps AC C curve including connecting accessories electrically complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping of poles, including necessary from work weathering slightly or chamfered angles, throuting exposed surfaces finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade laid in tranches passing through pipes/ducts including testing complete of following cross sectional area and size 10 sqmm 4 core.Note : Excavation, pipe/ducts paid in sefty in respective item. 16 Supply and laying of GI tubing medium grade of size 40 mm with all fittings including cutting for branch line & making threads complete fixed to all/flooring/ceiling etc or laid in trenches all as specified as directed. 17 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable, pipes etc all as specified as directed. 18 Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified as directed. 19 Removing excavated material to a distance not exeeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified as directed.
