Addition Alteration To The Compound Wall Building No P 05 Of H 1 Plot At Icgas Ratnagiri; 1 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exceeding 250 metres from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. 3 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in brick masonry or concrete of any section, any description, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed vicinity of the post all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Dismantling of stone/ PCC block/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed 5 Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, bed blocks of hold fast etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Material & Labour for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam sides of lintels beams, etc. for rough finished concrete flat surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material & Labour for Formwork to sides of concrete pillar, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material & Labour for broken glass coping on top of wall in Cement Mortar 1:3complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for machine cut laterite stone masonry wall exceeding 10 centimetre in width of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Supply & Fix Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 all as specified and directed 12 Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints. hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed 13 Material & Labour for 15 mm thick rendering (in two coats of 10 & 5 mm respectively) on stone masonry wall surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed 14 Supply & Fix Barbed wire rozer type concertina fencing coil 9 SWG Stainless steel spring tensile wire of Ultimate Tensile Strength 145 to 150 N/Sqmm. Dia of coil when un stretched shall be 610mm having minimum of coil (GI Strip) 1.625 Kg/Rm, Stainless steel rozer ribbon type of size 0.50 mm thickness, 19mm wide before wrapping on central core wire fixed with 1.66mm thick stainless-steel clips (minimum 25 Nos/RM) and special nut and bolts to hold two coil together and extra rows parallel/wire of 10 gauge complete all as specified and directed 15 Supply & fix stainless steel rozer wire with core wire dia 2.5 to 3 mm and with dual rozer at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.Note: Each line of wire to be measured 16 Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots including rubbing down steel surfaces or iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of red oxide over a coat of epoxy primer over made surface of steel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. 17 Material & Labour for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint paints over a coat of red oxide over made surface of steel complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directedNote: Primer and Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) complete as directed by Engineer in charge. 19 Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered/lime wash and painted surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directedNote: Primer and Emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) complete as directed by Engineer in charge. 20 Credit Amount shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
