Tender For Special Repair Of Roads At Uri Lines In Damana Mil Stn Under Ge Jammu; 1 Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making goodby applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping, again well rammed (including supplyof premixed macadam, binder and chipping etc) depth of potholesexc 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30)atthe rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surfacelaying bituminouspremix asphaltic semi dense concrete30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 %binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller,complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates. 3 Premix bituminious macadam consolidated thickness (75mm or less) thickand over with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 paving bitumen any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road rollercomplete all as specified and as directed. 4 Providing and laying Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on road pavements and the like n. exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white including cleaning of roads surface, heating the materials with in specified temperature limits for marking with all necessary arrangements requiredcomplete all as specified and as directed. 5 Marking lines 2.5mm thick, dashes arrows etc of any description not exc 10cm width/girth on new/old road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (Yellow/white/Red) mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control,complete all as specified and as directed. 6 S & F solar road stud having 3 LED of colour red/yellow/blue/green to a side (total 6 nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy size 125 x 125 mm of height 20mm with built in stem nail 37 x 37 x 55mm long for fixing with epoxy with & including LED solae cells battery and light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hrs by hammering, incl necessary digging or taking out old/ damage items and making goodcomplete all as specified and as directed. 7 S&F aluminium body cat eyes dual dircetional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100mm x 100mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retroreflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow side provided with steel zinc pasted nails of dia 12mm and of length 120mm by hammering or epoxy resin incl removal of old unserviceable stud complete all as specified and as directed. 8 S & F high intensity grade shedding retro reflective delinator post 75mm outer dia, heavy duty steel pipe 1.2m long head cap by hydraulic machine design and holdfast welded on delineator post bottom with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of stove enameled paint by heat process and three Nos reflective bands of white, red & yellow colour and covered by 14 gauge net grill and welded complete all as spd embedded in ground in 30x30x40cm deep pit (incl excavation and removal of soil) filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and upto 30cm high above ground level incl necessary formwork, removal of old unserviceable delinatorcomplete all as specified and as directed. 9 S & F ROAD SAFETY CONVEX MIRROR for 800m m dia made up of polycarbonate wide range unbreakable safety convex mirror with mounting/erecting arrangements, weather proof hoods complete and adjustable fixing brackets including excavation/removal for mounting pole and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) of size 45x45x60cm complete all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. 10 S & F Road directing sign board with 2mm thick aluminium sheet degreasing and fine grinding both sides for pasting reflective sheet, board size 900 x 600mm and fixed on both side with 100mm high letter, 40cm long arrows with high intensity prismatic type reflective material incl outer frame made out of stainless steel round section of 40mm dia, wt. not less than 2.50kg/Rm and stainless steel round section of 25mm dia,weight not less than 1.40 kg/Rm as branch pipes and welded to stainless steel posts of 50mm dia, wt. not less than 3.50kg/Rm at a minium height of 1.80 m from ground level and 45cm below ground level, embedded on ground and making raised blocks with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 upto 20cms above ground level, complete all as spd and directed.
