Tender For Periodical Services To Domestic Area Of Af Stn Sonegaon Nagpur; 1 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces internally finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material & Labour for rendering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two Layers, first 10mm thick base coat followed by second coat of 5mm thick plaster mixed with approved liwuid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete including finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately. 4 Material & Labour for 5mm thick rendering on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surface of walls and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material & Labour forPreparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using chalk whitening over and including a coat of 2 to 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 7 Material & Labour for applying two coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of white washcomplete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material & Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material & Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material & Labourfor Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc. complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material & Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material & Labourfor complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces , edges of slab, roof, chajja projection, column etc, andapplying two or more coats of100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (Apex of Asian or equivalent of other specified makes of electric blue or AF blue colour or equivalent colour or any type of colour and shade as approved by AGE) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Material & Labourfor complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces , edges of slab, roof, chajja projection, column etc, andapplying two or more coats of100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material & Labour for French polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of Oil Bound Distemper complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil & greasy spots and applying one coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification.complete all as specified and directed. 19 Supply only liquid water proofing compound. 20 Material & Labour for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed. 21 Material & Labour for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed
