Tender For Link Road Antu Pachim Kabin Se Pachim Kabin Se Pasiyan Basti Hote He Road Repair Work - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavtion to be in the form of reqular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre in deptk and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also inclduing 1.5 metre lifts and 30m lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankement or to be deposites as directed as directed by EC 2 W.B.M. Grading-3Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregated of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per Technical Specification Clauses 405. 3 Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure disributor at rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom (MORD 503) As per Analysis 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure disributor at rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom (MORD 503) As per Analysis 5 Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen of cut back or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tone capacity finished to required level and qrades 6 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface 7 S/F of signboard as per direction of engineer in charge 8 Supply and fixing of 350mm dia hp Chapter 01 Page 15 sedule 2020 9 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in cb condidtion and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after years(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost@0.0% 10 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in cb condidtion and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after years(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost@0.75% 11 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in cb condidtion and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after years(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost@1.50% 12 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in cb condidtion and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after years(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost@2.25% 13 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in cb condidtion and keep the entire road surface and structure in defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after years(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost@3.00% 14 Item No. 1 to 07 cost of work (item no 08 to 12 Maintenance work)
