Tender For Repairs To Differential Targets For Half Yearly Range Maint And Misc Work At Chandan At Af Stn Jaislamer; 1 M & L Pre- cast cement concreteblock masonry with solid blocks in PCC 1:3:6 C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate )exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of concrete block waling built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars, etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 M&Lfor key pointing to block walling in coarse and concrete block walling in CM 1:4 as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 3 M&L Cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate)in walls any thickness, size or upto 60 cm in height including suitable formwork, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including demolition of cement concrete wall and pavings exc 15cm thickness (above ground level) un-reinforced all as directed by Engr-in-Charge 4 M & L for three coats of white wash on new concrete wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as directed by the Engineer – in - Charge 5 M & L for one coat of white wash on old concrete wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as directed by the Engineer – in - Charge 6 M & L for preparation of old painted surface of stones, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, all as specified & directed. 7 Supply and stacking new HDPE bags with inner laminated layer, white coloured empty bags shall not be less than 90 gm per bag and filled with locally available sand / soil (obtained from defence land) approximate quantity 1.2 cuft in each bag, tying properly and stacking neatly at site, in pyramid, circle or any other shape and for any height including removing old worn out, unserviceable bags (filled with sand/soil) from the stack completely and levelling the area, as directed and preparation of surface for further stacking all as specified & directed. 8 M&Lfor loosingof any type of soil to average depth 40cm-50cmby removing the stone, metal piecesof sizeexc 50 mm andremoving the bushes from main target area depositingto a distance exc 150 m but n exc 200 m from FG target, gunnery targetarea including levelling surfaces after loosing the earth by mechanical earths moversor tractorsor any other devices at the disaretion of contractor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 M&Lfor loosingof any type of soil to average depth 20cm-25cmby removing the stone, metal piecesof sizeexc 50 mm,removing the bushes from main target area and upto 100 m away from the periphery/boundary of target area and depositingto a distance exc 150 m but n exc 200 m from PBT, LBT, new LBT target area including levelling surfaces after loosing the earth by mechanical earths moversor tractorsor any other devices at the disaretion of contractor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 Filling the craters in the ground of any shape or size with excavated loose soil obtained from Min of Def land within a distance of 100 m from the target areas. The craters shall be fillled using mechanical earth movers such as tractors, JCB or dozer having blade and running in rotations to shift loose soil in craters with any mechanical devices such as JCB, dozers or tractors etc at the discretion of contractor, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:-(i)Measurement of filling for payment shall be made as specified in PS clause.(ii)Contractor will also arrange JCB/Tractor as and when require during execution of work.Removing of all bushes in surrounding area of LBT all along external wall upto 100 mtr from wall outside and all inside LBT area including over shoot , under shoot and circle area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 Filling the craters in the ground of any shape or size with excavated loose soil obtained from Min of Def land within distance exc 100 m but n exc 500 m from the target areas. The craters shall be fillled using mechanical earth movers such as tractors, JCB or dozer having blade and running in rotations to shift loose soil in craters with any mechanical devices such as JCB, dozers or tractors etc at the discretion of contractor, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:-(i)Measurement of filling for payment shall be made as specified in PS clause.(ii)Contractor will also arrange JCB/Tractor as and when require during execution of work.Removing of all bushes in surrounding area of LBT all along external wall upto 100 mtr from wall outside and all inside LBT area including over shoot , under shoot and circle area all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 M&L for marking target area using quality dry white lime powder at the rate of 500 gm per SQM uniformly spreading manually on earmarked location in strips, areas of any size around the target area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 Removing of localised blockage by cleaning gully trap, floor / nahni trap, soil waste pipe, WC chocked, etc including first Manhole and removing sludge water / waste upto 50 mtr from distance and burring the same in pit complete 14 Cleaning of septic tank of 50 users capacity by bailing out taking out sludge and removing the sludge by pump or other mechanical means to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 2.00 Km from the camp area and including removing stone patti/RCC cover slab and refixing, cleaning frequency as per requirement, complete all as directed. 15 Cleaning of manhole of any capacity and depth by excavating sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manhole, placing the cover of manhole in position and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side the MD land, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Cleaning of sewage lineof any dia and depth by excavating sewage wet/dry soil in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manhole, placing the cover of manhole in position and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley out side the MD land, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) above ground floorsnot exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as spd and dir 18 M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulding any shape and size with grey cement and pigment cnfirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade over and25mm thick sand/stone dust complete all as spfd & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
