| 1 | Preventive maintenance and servicing and checking of Kitchen equipments and identify the defects as and when requiredfor round the clock functioning, testing of all components/parts, wiring etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.There are total 05 Nos of kitchen including bakery, pantry and Sqns room at Sqn bldgs. The detail of kitchen equipment/machine installed at cadet mess are as under:-(a) Boiling Pans, Bulk Cooker, Brat Pan Tilting gear, Deep Fat Fryer,Bread Toaster, Dough kneading machine, Potato peeler, Meat mincer, shallow egg fryer, Dish washing machine conveyer type, Dish washing machine hood type, scornplate, Buffet Counter cum refrigerator, frying pan, Hot plate griller, Bread slicing machine, Idali steamer,pulve riser, Egg Beater, spiral mixer, Masalagrinder, Sandwitch griller, Humidifying chamber, Four door refrigerator and Hot cup boards at Sqn Building etc (kitchen equipments).Note: (i)This Job must be done through competent and well experience technician/repairers.No equipment/ machine will be left unserviceable for more than 24 Hours.(ii) If any equipment/machine cannot be repaired at site and required to send them to civil workshop, the contractor shall be responsible for Loading, unloading & transportation of the equipment from site to civil workshop and after got repaired re-installed at their original position/site without any extra cost to the department. (iii) If any equipment/machine is found unserviceable for more than 24 Hours from the time it was reported to the contractor in writing during the term of this contract recovery of Rupees 500/- per such unserviceable equipment per day will be imposed and the amount will be recovered from the amount due to the contractor.Regarding this the decision of GE will be final and binding.(iv)Spare parts required including replacement of any defective parts identified under this item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as under. |
