The pole shall have window cutting of 300mm x 80mm weather proof flush door & locking arrangement for housing of the pole to accomodate electrical accessories (Bakelite plate and connector) for power supply connection.The window cover is fitted with allen screws to the pole and is to be provided in bottom section of pole. The body of pole shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface as per IS 2629 and IS 2633. The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated and painted UV resistant coating in grey colour shade. The pole and the cast iron embellishments should be machined & polished properly to get thesmooth finish.The coating should have a DFT of 80-90 microns.Entire unit shall be given an extensive three stage treatment with PU based primer,Zinc phosphate primer and poly urethane paint of approved colour & prescribed for such surfaces to make it absolutely rust and corrosion proof as well as giving it a pleasing appearance.Base plate outside PCC of size 250mmx250mm with 12 mm thickness having 4 holes of 20mm dia at a distance of 200mm complete with CI base plate inside PCC complete all as specified and as directed. Decorative Arms must have Sturdy design made of 76mm dia GI pipe for pole mounting and 48mm dia GI pile for product installation. Golden knob is provided at the top to enhance the aesthetics of the product. Brackets can be mounted on poles with top dia less than70mm. Bracket must be Hot dip galvanised with minimum average GI coating of 35μm. PU(Polyurethane) Painted with avg. thickness of 80μm in Grey colour (RAL-7024). Single and double arm brackets can be installed on the pole (dia <70mm) using M8 X 15 hex bolt provided with the product. Manufactures should have NABL approved lab. Manufacturer should have both product Pole along with Arm and Street Lights for better aesthetics including connector with aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase and neutral, 4 wire of capacity 32 Amps and one No MCB SPN of capacity 6Amp to 10 Amp fixed with nut, bolts, clamps etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of studs, nuts & bolts and connected accessory shall be included in the rate quoted.
