Tender For Repair To Floor, Walls, Columns, Poles, Trusses, Ramps Of Parking Spaces And Allied Works At Nae, Inas, Nausena Bagh, Ncb, Nofra And Ins Sardar Patel Under Ge Navy Porbandar; 1 Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L Squared rubble walling with Porbandar stone masonary in CM 1:6 brought to courses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. 3 Ditto all as above Item No. 2.00 but except stone, Complete all as specified and directed. 4 M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 M & L for two coats of cement paint over chalk whitening primer over preparing surfaces plastered or unplasteredcomplete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 M&L for prepration of old decorated surfaces of walls incl scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts & trading oil and greesing spots etc & applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting or polycarbonate sheet, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering, cladding complete all as specified and directed. 8 Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed. 9 Dismantling posts or struts ( steel ) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion and making good disturbed ground & seperating scrap from concrete complete all as specified and directed 10 S & F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc, coplete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to ISI 1161-1998 grade st-240. 11 S&F MS plate (Plain or chequred) channels, and counter sank) forming holes, with out any attachment FE-410-W (Code E - 250) Quality - B 12 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified 13 M&L for painting two coat of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer on steel surfaces of any description,exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting including removing of existing painting by burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers including preparation of surfaces, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Note :- EPLUX 610 HBLD primer coating and two coats of EPILUX 155 High build Enamel finishing coat of Berger protection coating) or equivalent in Fosroc / Asian Paints / Nippon paints 14 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),and rubbish off the premisess complete all as specified and as directed 15 M&L for coloured stone finished ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600x 300x 7mm thick of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado / risers of step etc.,set and jointed in neatcement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles fixed over & including backing coat of 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, parking/ non skid/ premium quality, coloured (of approved shade and design), 10mm thick, of superior quality, (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm,joint free, as in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for Light shade vitrified ceramictiles, premium quality, coloured (of approved shade and design), 10mm thick, of superior quality, (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm,joint free, as in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed. 19 M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
