Tender For ITC of 40 Pump set with allied work at Mandoli On-line BPS., 1 Dismantling of LT panel & Motor electric connection and GI strip earthing from equipment as per site required by cutting welding by skilled labour. After power supply disconnected from LT panel as required. 2 Dismantling of existing pump, motor 40 HP from the base frame by cutting of rusted M.S nut bolts and foundation bolts by gas cutter set and electric welding machine, removing all the nut bolt, worm out M.S Base frame from the RCC foundation, suction and delivery side by cutter set and electric welding set job also includes dismantling the suction & delivery side, taper bend etc. as per side requirement. 3 Making arrangement of stop leakage from delivery and suction side by providing fixing of blank plate on both sides and operation of valves as required and arrangement of other safety items on both pump sets one by one as required. 4 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. DJB DSR 2023 Item Code: 15.3 5 Strengthening of M.S. Base frame as per existing size by MS C-Channel and MS Flat Bar. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete
