Tender For Resurfacing To Damaged Road And Road Furniture At Nchc Powai And Ulhas Nagar Under Ge (Nw) Bhandup; 1 M&L for repair to potholes any depth , not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud of water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. Cuttingaround edges to atleast 25mmin depth, making good by applying tack coat with bitumen @ 5kg per 10 sqmwith pressuresprayer putting in premix as specified for thin bituminious macadam, well arammedand sealedwith binder 9.8 kg bitumen per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (includingsupply of premix amcadam and binder andchippings, depth of pot holes exc 30mm depth) complete all as specified and directec.Note : Bitumen shall be paving bitumenVG-10 grade. 2 M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with pressure sprayer over existing black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade)by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller andtandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed.Notes: The contractors quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements:(i)The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providingSDAC.(ii)In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.37 per Kg . 5 M & L adequate no of cost of thermoplastic road marking paint, applied on road/ pavment in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc notexc 10 cm in width, white or goldenyellow of thickness not less than 2mm and retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm all as per manufacturers instructions using thermoplastic application unit etc, complete all as specified & directed. 6 S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions completeall as specified and directed. 7 S&F solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100%) water proofing design acoordingto 65) of size 125x125x25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mano rystafie solar panel 2.4V/.3watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consistingof uper bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completedas per manufactures instructions etc, all as specified and directed. 8 S & F in repair road convex mirror made of polycarbonate of size 80cm dia complete including necessary excavation for post hole and fixing in block (size 300x300x450mm) of PCC 1 :2:4all as specified and directed, 9 S & F Digital Glowsing retro Reflective sign Board (size6 feet x 4 feet ) 3.5mm thick and fixed onSS 304 series hollow tubular 40mm dia. The sign boardsupportedon 02 Nos of posts of 60mm dia SS pipeto theground with 02 Nos 50x50x6 mm size 60 cm long all as specified and as directed.
