Tender For Repair To Pot Holes And Resurfacing Of Roads In Aor Of Age B/R-Iii Of Ge 862 Ews; (a) Consolidation of formation surfaces/ subgrade 1850 Sq Mts (b) Consolidation of stone soling 23 Cm thick with 8 to 10 Tonne Roller 518 Sq. Mt (c) -Ditto- 15 cm thick – Ditto- 800 Sq. Mt. (d) Consolidation of water bound macadam (Stone metal) 11 cm spread thickness including spreading and consolidating with blinding materials. 248 Sq. Mt (e) -Ditto- 7.5 Cm- Ditto- 372 Sq. Mt (f) Consolidation of single coat surface dressing 774 Sq. Mt (g) -Ditto- two coat surface dressing 558 Sq. Mt (h) Consolidation of 3.00 Cm thick premixed carpet including seal coat 450 Sq. Mt (j) Consolidation of 2.50 Cm thick premixed carpet including seal coat 600 Sq. Mt (k) Consolidation of 2 Cm thick premixed carpet including seal coat 744 Sq. Mt (l) Consolidation of bituminous mixture 2 parts of broken stone metal and one part of sand and bitumen, consolidated thickness 4 Cms. 372 Sq. Mt (m) Consolidation of premix bituminous macadam (any thickness) 14.88 Cum (n) Consolidation of Semi dense asphaltic Concrete (any thickness) 14.88 Cum ; 1 Applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaced water bound macadam, complete all as specified. 2 Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming. (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified. 3 Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumenat 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using 20mm crushed stone aggregate, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller. 4 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. including removal of old cat eye ,complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc, and the like not exceedingthan 10cm wideon roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with specifal applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other forein matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 17 of tender doucments.
