Tender For Repair To Certain Black Top Roads And Furniture At Sewar Fort And Mes Ib Mil Stn Bharatpur; 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n exc 400 sqm & depth exc 50mm & n exc 100 mm deep and removing n exc 250m complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for 75 mm thick(compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates (lime stone / sand store, flint or quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and super elevation to match with existing surface rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller apllying & brooming requisite type screening /binding material fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to reqd density complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for 75 mm thick(compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates (lime stone / sand store, flint or quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required and super elevation to match with existing surface rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller apllying & brooming requisite type screening /binding material fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to reqd density complete all as specified and directed but except material.Note : Material obtained from item No 01 of scarifying shall be reused. 4 Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed 5 M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed 6 M&L to Preparing unsurfaced WBMsurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed 7 M&L to applying evenly a priming tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. 8 Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidate thickness with 5.5.% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and OPC-43 grade using as filter material laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.Note for item No 3:-(i)Bituminous concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/spread by means of mechanical paver finisher .(ii) Filler for bituminous concrete shall be OPC-43 grade @2% of total mix.(iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any negative variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs. 40.00 per Kg of binder used.However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said item.(iv) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by GE. 10 M&L for premix bituminous, macadam using with paving bitumen of any penetration of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, laid & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 14 supplying are fixing in repair of rubber speed bumper breaker (including all tools & tackles , machine three compounds adhesive & filling bump breaker using cement mortar in 1:4) (For road surface pattern rough in colour yellow & black ) size 500x400x75mm of approved make complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fix in repair of CONVAX MIRROR circular of size 1000mm dia made with ABS body, Lens/mirror with unbreakable poly carbonate also including clamp fixed on 100mm Dia MS pipe (Length not less than 2.10m ) embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (300x300x450) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 16 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 CM thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply fine agg (sand) for laying interlocking tiles as bedding layercomplete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade over 25mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding /laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. Note: - cushion shall be measured & paid in separate item. 20 M&L factory made precast PCC solid block (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone in size 300mmx300mmx150mm setting in cm (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed.
