Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of Lt Cable, Network, Earthing, Lt Pole, Stay Assembly, Lighting Conductor, Painting Of Pole Under Ge (Mcte) Mhow; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out including filling bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of pipes/ cables complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed ata level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured only. 5 Supply and laying sub class B bricks laid dry and flat across the length of cable for protection of cable including taking down old /broken bricks complete all as specified and directed. 6 M & L for bore hole for passing cable through/ insertion of 80/50mm dia GI pipe under PCC road/ bituminous road standing upto the depth 450mm to 1200mm by mechanical arrengment complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (i)Cost of equipments, tools & plants, material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates above. Note:- Repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to door, replacement of unserviceable hings and all drop bolt, complete all as specified and directed. 45 Material and labour in painting of old rusted LT panel of any size with one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of approved colour internally and externally complete all as specified and directed. 46 M&L for treatment of existing high resistance earthing pit by pouring of salt water solution made of 20 ltrs of water and 5 Kg of salt in the trench to be prepared all around the existing earth pit with radious 60 cm from the centre of the earth pit to the centre of the trench with a depth not less than 30 cm below ground level complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge and levelling/ returning filling of earth surface. 47 M&L for scrubbing out old paint external surfaces of 2 pole structures consisting of cross arms, GOD assy with pipe, DO fuse assy, clamps etc., of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by mannualy complete all as specified and directed.Note:- This rate inclusive of painting all minor items such as clamps, brackets, nuts, bolts and washers which is not particularly mentioned in the structures & Each job will be measured and paid. 48 Supply and fixing cable route indicator, made of MS sheet of size 200mm x 150mm x 3mm thick, spot welded withangle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5mm thick, 750mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 30cm x 30cm x 40cm in ground including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing with white paint showing size of cable HT /LT complete all as specified and directed. 49 M & L for Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 16mm, size of Plate 230 x 230 x 6mm including taking down old stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, Stay Strand, Loop Insulator etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items. 50 M&L for Removal of Vegitation/ undergrowth/ bushes and tree branches in the premises of E/M installations (sub stn) by using mechanical bush cutter and surface excavation, JCB where deemed necessary and cleaning the creepers growing on the fencing of installationand removal of waste vegitation to the nearest dust bin or location as directed of periodicity complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.Note:- Any T&P and transportation required for removing of Vegitation from installation deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 51 S&F in repair LT lighting arrestors for outdoor use, non liner resistor type, horn gap and chocking coil, maximum working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.
