Repairs To Stp At Certain Unit In The Aor Of Age Br-Iii Under Ge (A) Jaisalmer Mil Station; 1 Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground on concrete, brick work, masonry etc and removingof demolished materials out side MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in fixing of RCC/PCC/Steel post or similar type of works etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 S&F for GI steel work post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 M&L mild steel round barsFe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc 5 cm long, diameter of neck5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Supply only 3.5 mm thick PVC coated chain link fencing mesh with 50mm mesh hole, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :-Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing mesh with 50mm mesh hole, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately. 8 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately. 9 S&F in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreatedsteel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red- oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 11 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreatedsteel surfaces including two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint over priming with red oxide, zinc of any description, not exc 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Demolition Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors ((Floor Topping, Sub base,etc. n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of Sub base for floorcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in plinth protection incl finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M&L for rubber moulded supplying and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-25 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratorymethod using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Colour and design as approved by GE 16 M&Lfor stone, Jodhpur Type,kerb stone, copings, bed plates, water through and the like including wethering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating (straight or curved) set in CM 1:4 including demolition of brick work or stone/ bouldermasonery built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers including coping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work or stone/ bouldermasonery built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers including coping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder/block masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone masory surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 M&L for Providing precast cement concrete as in copings apex, stones, frames for jallies, jafri pillars etc all as specified set in CM 1:4 type B1 1:2:4 with 20 mm graded aggregate., demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 M&L providing Stone jalies Jaisalmer type 48-50MM thick and 60 cm high fixed in line including stone pillar having size 100 x 100 MM height 70 CM fixed in cement mortar 1:4 fixed on stone runner beam (stone piller measured with Jali) including filling of joints with pigment of same colour including demolition of stone jali complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 M & L providing bottom runner stone beam (Jaisalmer type) fixed in line having size 100 x 200 MM fixed in cement mortar 1:4 and making ready for fixing of jaisalmer stone jalies and pillar including demolition of bottom runner complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 M&L for rendering 10-15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with approved make by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material.
