Tender For 1. Elavally Grama Panchayat has invited limited tenders from the agencies empaneled under the Swachh Bharat Mission for the installation of a 15 KLD liquid waste treatment plant near the Elavally Grama Panchayat gas crematorium under DBOT (Design, Build, Operate, Transfer) terms, as part of the annual plan for 2025-26. 2. Requirements: The treatment plant needs to be established at an elevated level due to the areas flood-affected regions in 2018, 2019, and 2024. The agency should make arrangements to collect the sewage from the comfort station near the panchayat bus stand (5 KLD) and kitchen liquid waste (10 KLD) from local restaurants and nearby establishments. The panchayat will only handle the transportation of these wastes to the STP using a tanker lorry. The sewage from toilets at the panchayat bus stand (5 KLD) and kitchen waste (10 KLD) from local restaurants and nearby areas should be processed at the plant and the treated water must be reused for irrigation as per PCB regulations. The Operation and Maintenance (O&M) period will be 5 years, and the agency is responsible for preparing a detailed DPR (Detailed Project Report) and obtaining necessary approvals from the Swachh Bharat Mission. The agency will also be responsible for the work completion and maintenance during this period. . The agency should provide detailed information on the required electro-mechanical equipment, plumbing, and civil works in the tender. The agency should provide necessary training to the operators. . The plants operation will be evaluated twice a month during the warranty period, and necessary maintenance should be carried out as needed. The agency is also responsible for obtaining the necessary CTE (Consent to Establish) and CTO (Consent to Operate) from the PCB. The required government fees for this process will be borne by the Panchayat. The detailed estimate for the project should include all necessary information, and the BoQ (Bill of Quantities) will be available after enabling macros. ↓
