Tender For Provision Of Pump House For Stand By Operation At Ekko Khad At Yol Mil Station; 1 Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 2 Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard rock, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge 5 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.Note : Measurement shall be made as per Special Condition 3.6 on Serial Page No. 21 of SSR Part-II- 2020. 8 Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., exc 1.5m and not exc. 3m high from base complete all as specified and directed.Note : Measurement shall be made as per Special Condition 3.6 on Serial Page No. 21 of SSR Part-II- 2020. 9 Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gaugeexc 63 mm but not exceeding 100mm , deposited ,spread and leveled in layer not exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 10 PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete/ support for main pipe linecomplete all as specified and directed. 11 PCC 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified. 12 RCC M-25 (Designmix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stoneaggregates ) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basementslabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 13 RCC M-25, design mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls , columns ballast wall and the like any thickness above top of footing., complete all as specified & directed. 14 Use & waste of formwork to sides of concretefoundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or tobatterfor rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified & directed. 15 Use & waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, complete all as specified & directed. 16 Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoarsed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted,built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, all as specified and directed. 18 Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, hips, valley/ eaves/ rain water gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girthas fixed), fixed with self tapping screws all as specified 19 Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.Note: Truss/ purlin shall be done detatchable type using MS plates, Nuts and bolts and payment will be made in the respective items. 20 Rolled mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars including cutting, drilling, welding etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed. 21 Rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to grade Fe -290(Gde-E- 165) , complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) withhexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, eachscrewed end to be fitted with washers and onehexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but not exc 10cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified. 23 Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia, mesh size 20mm, fixed with tinned tacks ofwire staples all as specified. 24 Supply only 40mm graded aggregate ( for weep holes) complete all as specified and directed. 25 PVC 110mm dia pipe,(in short length) , fixed in retaining wall as weep hole complete all as specified & directed. 26 Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed. 27 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. . 28 Chequered cement concrete colouredtiles, homogenious texture glossy finished, chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 over and including , complete all as specified and directed. 29 Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified. 30 Machine cut kota stone slab flooring ,20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as inin skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 , cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified. 31 Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified. 32 Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified. 33 110mm dia PVC(SWR)pipe single socketed with rubber ringjoints, laid/fixed to trenches or in floor,with all fittings , complete all as specified and directed. 34 PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement for 75mm bore pipe, complete all as specified. 35 Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise describedand applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintover a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 36 Supply, installation, testingand commissioning Centrifugal pump diesel engine driven horizontal end suction, centrifugal type confirming to IS-12469 1988 with CI casing, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for continuous operation with range of operation 0% to 150% of rated capacity for 440 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC AC supply 90 m Head, 4560 LPM discharge complete with foundation all as directed.Note : Pump Location is in Hilly area and there is no approach road near pump location the pump has to be lifted an assembled on site.
