Tender For Repairing/Beautification Of Wooden Bridge Near Ks Saidakadal.(Adv. Cost Rs. 45.29 Lacs) (Incl Cost Of Material+Gst) 1 Dismantling of existing dilapidated wooden structüre including piles, decking, and careful removal of materials from the site and disposal as per directions of EIC. 2 Providing and driving 300 mm nominal diameter deodar wood piles of 7m length into the lakebed strata. 3 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length: Second Class Deodar wood in pile caps/transverse girders (300x300mm). 4 Providing, fabricating, and fixing Second Class Deodar wood in main longitudinal beams/stringers and additional transverse fillers (150x300mm) 5 Providing, fabricating, and fixing first class kekar wood for decking planks (100mm thick) 6 Providing, fabricating, and fixing Second Class Deodar wood for Railing 7 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 10.25.1 In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete 8 Applying two coats of wood preservative oil (Creosote) on wooden deck and railing. 9 Dismantling of part of abutting concrete ramp including disposal all complete as per directions of EIC 10 Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 15 Kilometers and lift upto 1.5 m, asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge,All kinds of soil: 11 Supplying and laying Dry stone soling dully hand packed tightly watering and with all carriages up to the site of work 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 13 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 14 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inposition and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 15 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc for mass concrete 16 Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered). 2.14.1 Depth not exceeding 1.5 m.
