Tender For Special Repair To Pcc Roads, Drain And Path At Alhilal Mil Station; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavingn.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of brick workor stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including allquoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forcomplete all as specified and directed. 4 Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc, and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Removing demolished concrete to a distance upto 500m ,including loading, unloading and depositing in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as incopings andthe like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatingincluding necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed. 7 PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. 8 Providing and laying at or near ground levelfactory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening whereverrequired complete all as specified 9 Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, complete all as specified. 10 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and as directed. 11 Walling of random rubble stone masonry , uncoarsed, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. 12 All as per srl item no 11 above but except stone. 13 Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled withpre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealingcompound, Grade ‘B’, thickness of slab 150mm, complete all as specified & directed. 14 Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade B, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade B complete all as specified. 16 Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by broomimg, complete all as specified. 17 Preparing concrete surfaces of road and marking 2.0mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with special applicator machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking lines at the centre of road shall not be continuous, whereas the lines at outer sides of road shall be continuous i.e in one length. 18 Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars including cutting, drilling, welding etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed. 19 Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed 20 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. . 21 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed. . 22 Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness& size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sandbedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete 23 Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces,trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. 24 Preparation of concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise describedand applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and directed. 25 Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
