Tender For Of Cable Rehabilitation Works In Mnp Ba (Overhead & Underground) For Zone Ii; 1 Material 2 Formed OFC Dead End & Termination fittings 3 OFC Suspension fittings 4 DemountablePulley–1Set 5 Adjustable Cable Storage Bracket 6 Down Lead Clamp 7 Glavanised steel pole oftublar in design and swaged of the lenght 7 meters with top cap welded and lightining spike and including MUFF @ 14 per Km 8 FDMS Type III 9 Spare OF Cable Box 10 Supply of DWC pipe (63/51 mm) 11 Services 12 Erection of 7m/8m poles including excavation, fixing of MUFF, concreting, curing, Backfilling, Reinstatement, Compaction of earth, Stay arrangements etc. including obtaining Right-of-Way(RoW) permission and sign writing on poles with paint 13 Slinging/ Laying and splicing of ADSS/ AOF including fixing of installation accessories and fixtures etc. Splicing & Jointing of Optcal Fibre Cable, Link testing & Acceptance Testing and makeover of route with As Built Diagram (ABD) of installed Cable routes. This also includes cost towards collection of ADSS Cable/ AOF cable and accessories from BSNLs Store Depot. 14 Installation of spare OF cable box, FDF and WSC, leading-in arrangement, jointiong of Pig Tails and all other related activates for construction of ADSS/ Aeial OFC route. 15 Horizontal Directional Drilling for laying of U/G PLB/HDPE Pipes up to 50mm dia to a standard depth of 1.85m as specified in laying practices of OF Cable by HDD method and pulling single pipe. 16 Splicing of all the fibers of OF Cable laid at every joint within specifiedsplicing loss range (<=0.02 dB) and making termination at the ends. All materials and labours except Joint Closure to be supplied by Bidder / Vendor 17 Construction of joint chamber, with brick soling base, of inner size of 1.0Mx1.0Mx1.0M made of full brick thick wall with RCC cover (1:2:4 ratio) slab of size 1.5Mx1.5Mx0.15 M using 10mm dia TMT bar 150mm centre to centre both ways. All five internal surfacesshould be plastered (1:3 ratio). Scope includes required excavation, backfilling with clean sand and all above operations including supply of materials. Details as per specification. 18 Route Indicator:-Supplying, fixing and concreting of routes/joint indicator, painting and sign writing of Route/Joint Indicators, as per specification. 19 Joint Indicator:- Supplying, fixing and concreting of routes/joint indicator, painting and sign writing of Route/Joint Indicators, as per specification. 20 Others, ROW Charges, Licence Fee etc. 21 ROW Charges,License Fee etc(OH) 22 ROW Charges,License Fee etc(UG) 23 For Establishment of poles, for installation of small cells and telegraph/telecom line on the immovable property vested in,or under control or management of appropriate authority, other than appropriate central authority. 24 Pole Hiring Recurring(25 Pole/KM) for 5 Years (@Rs.100/pole/year)
