1) Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISi, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

2) Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete: 100x75x4 mm.

3) Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :300x16 mm.

4) Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm.

5) Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm.

6) Dismantling anodized aluminium partitons, doors and other frames including carefully removing of the glass, prelaminated particle boards etc and including proper numbering and stacking at the required place in the building as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate includes rectifying of the damages made in the floors/masonry and concrete surfaces as directed by the Engineer-in-charge)

7) Fixing anodized aluminum partitions and doors / windows / Ventilators with available materials after making required sections as per the drawing for powder coated aluminum sections, particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading) including fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc, aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required all complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

8) Mechanical transportation of aluminium partition material (Required area, approximatley 60 Sqm, of aluminium partition materials) from designated compound within 20Kms from site of availability of aluminium materials to site of work and stacking at designated location including loading and unloading and all other incidental charges. All the required materials such as aluminium sections, prelaminated particle boards, glasses etc shall be transported carefully in a single lot. The rate includes loading, unloading, vehicle hire charges, stacking in designated location etc. All complete and as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.
