| 2 | Fabricating, supplying and erection of 6000mm Double Arm Decorative Pole made of CI casting sections of Bottom Dia with 407 approx. 16 mm thickness. The bottom CI base will be 1200mm in height, including the Base top Casting. Above the base CI pipe of 110 dia with a spiral Floral or leaf design with an approx. height of 735mm for each CI section. The pole shall also be provided with a designed CI bracket with a span of 900mm. The bracket stem height with 1500mm, CI Top with 280 mm height to cover the bracket stem and to give an aesthetic look to the pole. The pole shall be properly cleaned, machine-polished, and coated with an epoxy zinc-rich penetrating primer, finished with a polyurethane base paint for a long-lasting finish, featuring a 45-micron coat and an additional Glossy lacquer coat. The total paint coating would be 120 microns. A Junction provision shall be provided and the base casting for Loop in Loop out connector mounted on an appropriate size Bakelite sheet with stud terminals along with 1 no. 6A SP MCB (ABB, simens, L&T, legrand make) to be provided with each pole. The Pole shall be packed with shrink wrapping along with bubble paper wrap to avoid scratches during transportation C installation. The Poles shall be supplied with foundation bolts M16 X 600mm made up of mild steel and threaded portion to be hot dip galvanized, along with 2 nuts C 1 vicer per bolt. Factory test reports, along with Test certificates of material to be attached along with the supply. The Pole shall withstand the wind speed of 75KMPH as per IS 875. door, hinges for keeping the MCBs, with suitable base plate and 4Nos of long J bolts along with template (excluding foundation) as per drawing appended.
