All kinds of soil.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :-1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). ACC/Ambuja/Ultratech/Banger.) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 6 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 7 Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 8 Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete :as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 9 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 10 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 11 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 12 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. (Tata/Jindal/Kamdhenu.) 13 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 14 Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earthwork and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 15 With G.I. barbed wire 16 Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron Y shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mmwith tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost ofM.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) 17 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:(1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 18 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : ( One or more coats on old work)as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 19 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 20 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) 21 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats andchannels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals. 22 Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for kg per every additional height of one metre or part thereof beyond 5 metres.as per directed by Engineer- in Charge: including entire carriage of materials upto all leads, lifts and cost of other incidentals.
