The earth form cutting to be used in making embankent or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100) distance as directed by the E/I. 2 WBM Grading-3Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates ofspecific sizes (22.4-53 mm) obtained from approved querry of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and broomingtype B screeningmaterials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required denstity grading-3 as per Technicalspecification clause.4.7/405(3) 3 PRIME COATProviding and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on Prepared Surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means (MORD 502) 4 TACK COATProviding and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributer @0.30 Kg/sqm. On the prepared bitumenuos/granular surface end with mechanical broom (MORT&H 530) 5 Premix CarpetProviding, laying and rollingof open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on apreviously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with 3 wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either type C as per technical specification 6 Seal CoatProviding and laying seal coat sealling the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C per Technical specification Clause 510 7 Brick EdgingBrick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8cm (3) wide 12cm (4.50) deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete. 8 Maintenance cost of (1st year@ 0%, 2nd year @ 1%, 3rd year @ 1.50%,4th year @ 2%, 5th year @ 3%) Total 7.50%
