    tender for repair maintenance operation Of Electrical And Mechanical Equipments At Gst Office (Central Excise) Building Wagle Estate Thane For F.Y. 2025-26., 1. Operation and general maintenance of 22 KV, 315 KVA Sub- station which consisting of Transformer, LT/AMF Panels, Capacitor panel, 200 KVA DG Set installed at GST Office (Central Excise) Main Building at Wagle Estate, Thane including providing general electrical maintenance services for Internal Electrical Installation and fans i/c power points, electrical DBs/ panels,compound lighting & allied equipments /accessories etc & attending electrical power break down, petty repairs etc 6 days in a week basis in general shift (9AM to 6PM) and daily trial running of D. G. set, cleaning, regular maintenance, checking, recording parameter, readings in log book by deploying following staff. (1) Wireman cum operator -- 1 No (2) Khallasi -- 1 No . 2. Providing operation services i/c upkeep and attending the rescue operation of one bank of 2 Nos. 13 passengers capacity lifts for Ground + 6 floor installed by providing 1 no. lift operator for 6 days in a week basis (9 AM to 6 PM) including cleaning of lifts car, machine room etc complete as required.
