Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of Link Road Parmanandpur.- Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter (20”) in depth and earth work in enbankment to be in 20cm (8) layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m (5”) lift and 30m (100’) lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankent or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100) distance as directed by the E/I. 2 WBM Grading-3Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates ofspecific sizes (22.4-53 mm) obtained from approved querry of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and broomingtype B screeningmaterials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required denstity grading-3 as per Technicalspecification clause.4.7/405(3) 3 PRIME COATProviding and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on Prepared Surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means (MORD 502) 4 TACK COATProviding and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributer @0.30 Kg/sqm. Required for proper completion of work 16 Plaster work 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 6 part of approved coarse sand 17 Polythene sheet Supply and laying og 125 micron polythene sheet under the foundation over subbase to act as sepration between subbase and concrete slab(for C.C. road slab) including supply of all materils,labour T&P required for proper completion of work 18 C.C. road Laying C.C. road slab consisting of 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand and approved gauge stone ballast over prepared sub grade after its rectification & bringing it to camber and including supply of all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work ,finished to required template as directed by engineer in charge 19 Supply and fixing of 6 mm thick A.C. shhet plain for joint all completion work 20 Maintenance cost of (1st year@ 0%, 2nd year @ 1%, 3rd year @ 1.50%,4th year @ 2%, 5th year @ 3%) Total 7.50% 21 Maintenance cost of 1st year 0%,2nd year @ 0.34%%,3rd year @ 0.50%,4th year @ 0.66%, 5th year @ 1.00%(Total 2.5%)
