    Tender for Malappuram Jilla Panchayath Project -Supply And Installation Of Motor Pumpsets For Kole Lands (Submersible Axial Flow Pump Set) , Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Submersible Axial Flow Pump Set With The Specification Listed Below, Suitable For Handling Silty Water With Small Salt Particles With Rpm 960 (Syn) Or Nearest. The Material Of Construction Of The Casing, Suction Bell Shall Be Cifg 260 With 2% Nickel, Impeller Ss316, Shaft And Sleeve Should Be Ss316and Vertical Submerged Column. The Delivery Pipe Length Shall Be (Varies From 4 To 8 M Length As Per Site Conditions) Of Ss304 With 6Mm Minimum Thickness. A Ss Weld Mesh Made Of 6Mm Thick With Metallic Strainer Of Mesh Size Not More Than 50Mm X 50Mm Should Be Fitted At The Mouth Of The Suction Column. Any Hanging Portion Of The Pipe Should Be Supported With Suitable Metallic Supporting Frames. The Prime Mover For The Pump Should Be A 3 Phase Tewc Squirrel Cage Submersible Induction Motor Suitable For 415V+/- 10%, 50 Hz+/- 5% Connection With Class F Insulation, Cubicle Type Ats Starter Panel Board With All Necessary Protection Units And Instrumentation. Auto Transformer Starter Of Reputed Make, Mccb Including Suitable Metering, Led Indications, Selector Switch, Single Phase And Dry Run Protection, Mccb Including Phase Failure Protection, Surge Protection Devise, Dry Run Protection, Overload Over Current Protection, Thermal Over Load Protection Relay, Wiring And Earthing As Per Regulations And Specifications Of Kseb And Electrical Inspectorate. Suitable Water Proof, Copper Power Cable About 20M Length As Per Site Requirement. A Screen With 6Mm Steel Welded Mesh With 50Mm X 50Mm (About 20Sqm Area) Framed In Ss Angles Shall Be Fitted At The Openings On Top And Sides Of Sump To Prevent Entry Of Unwanted Material To The Pump Through Inflow Water. The Rate Quoted Should Be Inclusive Of All Charges For Supply, Installation Including Petty Civil Works, Trial Run And Commissioning, All Types Of
