    Bids Are Invited For CONSTRUCTION OF WASHROOMS AT SAINIK SCHOOL BALACHADI 1. Site Preparation Clear and level site 2. Civil & Masonry Works Construct walls, partitions, cubicles, etc. as per drawing enclosed (materials might be concrete blocks or brick) 3. Plumbing & Drainage - Provide piped water supply to sinks, toilets, urinals Provision of soil, waste, and vent lines. Installation of floor drains. Connection to existing water / sewer lines. Installation of necessary traps, backflow prevention (if applicable). 4. Electrical, Lighting & Ventilation Wiring for lights, exhaust fans, emergency lighting etc. Installation of ceiling / wall lighting fixtures with proper protection (e.g. IP rating). Ventilation / exhaust systems to remove moisture / odours. provisions for geysers / hot water units, and electrical outlets. 5. Fixtures and Fittings Supply & install toilets, wall-hung or floor-mounted, urinals, washbasins, mirrors, soap dispensers, paper towel holders / hand dryer, etc. 6. Finishes Doors for cubicles, hardware (locks, hinges), partitions as per requirement. Flooring (tiles / non-slip finishes), wall tiling / cladding up to specified height. Ceilings, painting/waterproof paint where needed. Skirtings, corner trims etc. 7. External Works & Ancillaries External drainage from washrooms / runoff. Proper approach / pathways. Provision for water storage (if needed). Waste management (sewage, grey water, solid waste). Construct 2 in number soak pits of size 8ft x 8ft x 8ft 8. Testing & Commissioning Pressure testing of plumbing lines; leak tests. Electrical safety checks. Water quality check, if applicable
