Replacement Of Damaged Accessories With Allied Works For Pump Set No 1 And 2 Installed At New Avantika Bps In Ward No 24 Vijay Vihar Under Ac 06 Rithala- 1 Closing of suction and delivery valves for pump set No. 1 & 2 to carry out works with the help of manual labor. 2 Decoupling the pump from motor for pump set No. 1 & 2 by removing of coupling and nut bolts from pump and motor with the help of manual labor, Hammer, Puller etc. and disconnections of cables from motor terminal. Cutting of nuts and bolts with use of gas cutter as required. 3 Taking out the rotating assembly after loosening & removing of pump casing bolts/nuts in a cross pattern for pump set No. 1 & 2 from bottom to floor level with help of EOT crane by dismantling of pump and taking out rotating assembly from the pump by ensuring that no strain is applied on sealing surfaces during lifting. 4 Supply of good quality nut, bolts with washer of different size. 5 Supply of complete Tyre coupling TC/F/023 or equivalent. Make: Unique/Fenner/ Approved by DJB 6 Supply of spare Tyre TC/G/023 or equivalent. Make: Unique/Fenner/ Approved by DJB 7 Turning & Boring of the coupling set on Heavy duty lathe machine as per motor & pump shaft size including cutting the key way etc. as required. 8 Supply of coupling guard of suitable size made out of M.S. sheet 3mm thick supporting flat iron strip complete with fixing legs arrangement. 9 Strengthening of RCC foundation, plastering and making wet layer of cement for the foundation including shuttering etc. as required and filling the gap of RCC foundation as per site requirement to increase the strength of foundation by cement concrete work with the manual labor as per stratification of engineer-in-charge. 10 Making and supply of check nut for pump No. 1 & 2, DE & NDE as per sample with help of machining work etc. 11 Re-furbish the worn-out portion of shaft, sleeve, neck ring & bearing housing etc. by metalling, machining, turning, welding of the shaft as per site requirement. 12 Re-assembling of rotating assembly for pump No. 1 & 2 after fixing of check nut & packing of suitable size for the pump to make the joint leak proof. 13 Fixing of tyre coupling set on the pump & motor with key job including proper alignment of pump and motor on the base frame by replacement of nut bolt. 14 Coupling of Pump and motor after fixing of couplings & making proper alignment of pump and motor on the base frame. 15 Making electric connection of motor with proper thimbling, taping etc. and making end terminations, routing of cable as per site requirement. 16 Opening of suction and delivery valves with the help of manual labour, testing and commissioning of pump set No. 1 & 2, first at no load and then at full load, to and fro cartage i.e., loading and unloading etc.
